How to Add a Note to an Open Ticket:

How to Add a Note to an Open Ticket:
- Log into Ticket System < Click on History Tab
- All Active Tickets will display < Click on Ticket No. to Open
- Click on Add Note (can be found in bottom right of ticket)
- Type in content and/or Add a File < Click Save
- Email will be sent to Technician that a Note was added
