The best way to communicate with the Assigned Technician is to Add a Note to the Ticket

How to Add a Note to an Open Ticket:
  • Log into Ticket System < Click on History Tab
  • All Active Tickets will display < Click on Ticket No. to Open
  • Click on Add Note (can be found in bottom right of ticket)
  • Type in content and/or Add a File < Click Save
  • Email will be sent to Technician that a Note was added
